Learn how to easily request reviews directly on your website. This guide includes step-by-step instructions and helpful tips.
1. Locate the Reviews Page:
- Go to your website and click "Reviews" in the main menu
2. Copy the Review Submission URL:
- At the top of the reviews page, look for a button or link labeled "Write Review" or "Leave a Review."
- Click the button and copy the link at the top of your browser. This is the URL customers will use to submit their reviews directly.
3. Share the Review link with Customers:
- There are a couple of ways to do this:
- If you use a CRM, include the link in your settings so that with customers are sent it automatically (e.g., invoices, thank you emails).
- Send the review link manually by email, WhatsApp or SMS
- You can even save a message in your phone's drafts so that all you need to do is copy and paste each time
4. Approve Submitted Reviews:
- Once a customer leaves a review, you'll receive an email notification.
- Click the link in the email to log in and approve the submitted review before it goes live on your website.
- This is a security measure to prevent fake and malicious reviews.
- Only approve reviews from genuine customers who have used your service.
