By categorizing your leads, you can keep track of your progress, identify areas for improvement, and ensure that no leads are missed.
Why categorise your leads?
- Make sure none get missed: You can set the status of new leads to "seen" to acknowledge you are aware of them.
- Keep track of progress: You can toggle options to indicate whether you have contacted them, quoted for the job, won the job, or lost the job.
- Organise your inbox: You can mark leads as spam or trash to keep your inbox tidy.
How to categorise your leads:
- Log into your BUILT dashboard.
- Click on "Leads" in the left sidebar.
- You will see a list of your website leads with a "New" status next to them.
- Click on a lead to see the details.
- Under the lead details, you will see a section for "Status".
- Click on the drop-down menu and select the appropriate status for the lead.
- You can also toggle the options for "Contacted", "Quoted", "Won", or "Lost".
- If the lead is spam, you can mark it as "Spam".
- If you want to delete the lead, you can mark it as "Trash".
