This guide will show you how to add reviews from your customers to your BUILT website.
1. Access the Reviews Section:
- Log in to your Built account.
- Click on "Reviews" in the left-hand side menu.
- Click on "Add External Review" at the top of the page.
2. Fill in the Review Details:
- Review Title: Enter a title for the review, such as "Great Work!" or the service reviewed.
- Job Location: This field is not publicly visible, so you can enter anything here (e.g., your company location).
- Review Description: Copy and paste the review text your customer provided.
3. Additional Information (Optional):
- Source: Specify where the review came from (eg. TrustaTrader, Google etc).
4. Save the Review:
- Click the "Save" button to add the review to your website.
You can also invite customers to submit reviews straight through your website by sending them your website URL!
